BT is currently sponsoring a comprehensive swimming development programme leading up to the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games. The programme includes various coaching and training initiatives, together with regional, district and national championships for both juniors and seniors. How do we get the results

We work closely with national governing bodies of sport developing participation programmes and award schemes.

We develop initiatives with local authorities to encourage use of their sports facilities by disabled people.

We work on sports development strategies with the English Sports Council and other relevant national agencies.

We provide introduction, coaching and competition programmes through a strong club and regional structure.
