While there are numerous immigration application categories, we have given here information only about three of the major categories, as there the ones, in which our customers mostly qualify . A. Skilled Workers

If you are someone who has a special skill or ability that the Australian Government believes it needs then you can immigrate to Australia under this category. Essentially Skilled migration is composed of four main areas: Skilled - Australian Linked, Business Skill, Employer Nomination Scheme and the Independent category. You should be aware that there also exists a number of specialist categories for people with special creative or sports talent.

1. Skilled Migration - Linked - This category could apply to you if you are the brother, sister, nephew, niece, non-dependent child or parent of an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
To be successful under this category you must pass a points test based on skill, age, ability in English, your relationship to the Australian resident, and the personal circumstances of the Australian relative. Currently the pool entry mark is 110 and the pass mark is 115 points. English Language ability is mandatory in most professions and you may be ed to an English language test.

2. Independent Migration - Independent applicants are those that have skills and abilities valuable to Australia but who do not have any relatives who are Australian citizens or permanent residents. In order to qualify as an Independent applicant you must pass a points test that will assess your employment skills, age and English language proficiency. English language proficiency is mandatory for most occupations and you may be required to take an English language test.
Currently the pool entry mark required is 100 and the pass mark is 105 points. Applicants who meet the pool mark but not the pass mark can be considered under the Regional sponsored Migration Program.

3. Employer Nominated Scheme - This category is designed to allow Australian companies to recruit highly skilled workers from overseas when qualified applicants can not be found in Australia. Essentially the Australian employer must be able to demonstrate that they have tried unsuccessfully to find a suitable applicant in Australia; the position must be a full time permanent one with a contract for a minimum period of three years; the position must require a highly skilled individual with at least three years of training and three years of work experience; the person nominated must have skills and experience commensurate with the position offered; the person must be under 45 years of age; the person nominated must be proficient in English. B. Business Immigrants

Under the Business Skilled category three types of applicants can apply: business owners, senior executives, and investors.

1. Business Owner - In order to qualify as a business owner you must have had a successful career and have held net assets in your business of A$300,000 (A$200,000 in the case of State or Territory sponsored applicants) for at least two of the last four years. In addition you demonstrate that you have been directly involved in the management of the business.

2. Senior Executive - If you are a senior executive who has occupied one of the three top management positions of a business with an annual turnover of in excess of A$50,00,000 ( A$10,000,000 for a State or Territory sponsored applicant) for two of the last four years, then you may apply as a business migrant under this category.
Entrepreneurs and senior executives must pass a points test that is based on business skills; age, english language ability; and capital available. In addition you will be expected to demonstrate that you have taken an active role in a business within two to three years of your arrival in Australia.
The current pass mark for the point test is 105 ( State and Territory sponsored applicants receive a 15 point bonus).

3. Investor - Investor applicants require a successful record in investment or business activities; at least three years experience in managing a business or portfolio of investments and in at least one of the last five years been directly involved in the running of a business in which at least 10% is owned or to have managed their own investment portfolio worth at least A$ 1,000,000.
Currently the investment amount required by Australia ranges from A$750,000 to A$2,000,000 depending on age and language ability. Funds must be invested in a government security for a period of three years. In addition you must be able to demonstrate that you have a net personal worth of 50% more then the investment for a two year period immediately preceding the submission of your application.
You must pass a points test based on your investment, age, and language abilities. The pass mark is 105.


C. Family Immigrants

This category includes spouses, dependent children who are still part of the family unit, fiancee, and parents who have a majority of their children living in Australia. Special provisions also exist for aged relatives, those with special needs, orphaned children and sole remaining relatives overseas.
You must be sponsored by your Australian relative who is a Citizen or permanent resident residing in Australia. Apart from spouses and fiancee, your sponsor in most cases should have resided for at least two years in Australia prior to initiating your application. This period of residence can include legal temporary residence.
You do not have to meet a points test under this category.


D. Student entry to Australia

Student (Temporary) Visas for study in Australia can only be issued to students who wish to undertake Registered Courses or part of a registered course on a full-time basis.
A Registered Course is a course of education or training offered by an education provider in Australia which is registered with the Australian Government to offer courses to international students.

  3. If we confirm that we can assist you further, we ask you to register with us by paying the deposit as explained in the next section.
  4. We send you the Immigration Guide with Forms to fill, sign and send back to us with your photos.
  5. When we receive the completed forms from you we start processing your Application.
  6. When your permanent residence visa is ready for collection, you will be able to confirm it's issuance (to be confirmed), and we will ask you to make the second payment.
  7. You receive your Permanent Residence Visa and you are able to enter, live and work in Australia.

Our Costs

The total cost for Australian Permanent Residence Visa service is US$ 1500. To register with us you will need to pay a deposit of US$ 500 for our administration costs, then US$ 1000 when your Permanent Resident (Immigrant) Visa is ready for collection. The above costs include sending you the Australian visa guide and application with further instructions, submitting your application for processing, making the necessary visa issuance and collection arrangements, answering your visa related queries, and covering all administration, legal and government costs, related to your visa. In other words we take care of everything until your visa is issued and collected by you.
Our fees are low as they have recently been discounted due to improvements in our relationship with the immigration authorities and in our services, for which we are grateful to our sponsors, who have helped us computerize more of our work and keep our presence on the Internet.

We have tried to spread the costs in a step by step gradual payments like the process of issuing of your Immigrant Visa / Permanent Residence itself, which we believe you will find very reasonable.
You can stop using our services at any stage explained above, in which case we can not guarantee that your application will be successful.

It takes 6 months ±2 weeks to obtain Australian immigration visa (permanent residence) from the time we receive your completed application forms, which we will send you when you register with us, and after 3 years from the time you enter Australia you could apply for citizenship.
