TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the ever growing migrating community from all over the world! This exciting and easy to use online immigration service(s) or product(s) allows you to get the information you need for you or your family on how to migrate to the destination of your choice.

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or on behalf of an organization) and Happy World for the service(s) or product(s) identified in the contents of this web site. By reading, copying, or otherwise using the service(s) or product(s), you undertake that you have read and understood this agreement in its entirety and that you undertake to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

As lawyers we must say that.

This document includes descriptions of some of its clauses, enclosed in square brackets. These are provided for your convenience, and are to be considered as part of the agreement.

1. Use of the service(s) or product(s).

   If you have or have not paid to Happy World any specified fees for service or product, you undertake that you are using them to be used solely and only by you. You agree to only use the service(s) or product(s) to the extent required to ascertain whether the service(s) or product(s) are suitable for your application(s) or situation. You further agree that you will do no productive work with these service(s) or product(s) for which the specified fees have not been paid. At such time as you have concluded your use of the service(s) or product(s), you will either pay the fees for the service(s) or product(s) offered by Happy World or do not use or keep any information of these services and products and any copies thereof.
2. Payment of registration or other fees.
   [ You agree to be certain the service(s) or product(s) is what you need before you pay for it.]
   You undertake that upon payment of registration or other fees for this service(s) or product(s), you have evaluated them and ascertained that it is suitable for your application(s) or situation. You agree that service(s) or product(s) registration or other fees are not refundable for any reason, and that orders for service(s) or product(s) may not be cancelled once they are placed.
3. Terms of license.
   [ Upon using or registering the service(s) or product(s), you have the right to use it on one computer and to make and distribute all the files you wish on it. ]
   These services and products are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This services and products are licensed, not sold. At such time as any fees for the service(s) or product(s) have been paid to Happy World, this agreement grants you the following rights:
   1. The single, nonexclusive license to use the service(s) or product(s) for the sole purposes specified in the documentation for the service(s) or product(s).
   2. The right to distribute service(s) or product(s) in any manner you see fit, without payment of further royalties or fees to Happy World. You may be required to compensate the owners of copyrighted material, products or other intellectual property embodied within the service(s) or product(s) you make through the use of the service(s) or product(s). You agree to hold Happy World and its suppliers free of any costs so incurred. In distributing service(s) or product(s), you agree to not use Happy World's name, logo, or trademarks to market any product or service which is included in or otherwise associated with; and to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Happy World and its dependents from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees, that arise or result from the use or distribution of service(s) or product(s) offered here.
   The license for the use of the service(s) or product(s) shall be considered null and void upon violation of any terms of this agreement.
4. Reverse engineering.
   [ You agree not to try to take any single products offered on this site apart to see how they work. ]
   You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any single products, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
5. Separation of components.
   [ You agree not to run the parts of the product(s) offered on this site on different machines. ]
   The product(s) are licensed as a single products. Their component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
6. Rental and distribution.
   [ You agree not to lend or rent the registered products, and to only share unmodified copies of any shareware products. ]
   You agree not to rent, lease, or lend registered copies of the products. You may freely distribute complete and unmodified copies of the shareware distribution products, under the conditions that no attempt is made to modify the products or their distribution bodies; that the products are not distributed in conjunction with another product unless you have obtained written and explicit permission from Happy World to do so; that no more than the reasonable cost of media and labor be charged for the distribution of the products as shareware; that the products are clearly identified as shareware; that no form of registration code or products to generate same be distributed in conjunction with them.
7. Support services.
   [ You understand that Happy World is not required to provide you with support for the service(s) or product(s). ]
   You agree that Happy World does not undertake to support the service(s) or product(s) offered at this site, and the registration or other fees for the service(s) or product(s) does not include payment for support of any kind. Happy World may at its discretion provide you with support services related to the service(s) or product(s) which are paid for.
8. Updates and Extensions of service(s) or product(s).
   [ You understand that updates and extensions are not included in the fees, paid for the service(s) or product(s). ]
   You agree that the fees, paid for the service(s) or product(s) does not include payment for any updates and extensions to the service(s) or product(s). Happy World may, at its discretion, provide updates and extensions at no cost or in compliance with an updates and extensions fee schedule. Any updates and extensions to the service(s) or product(s) carry the same license terms as this one unless they are superceded by a newer license agreement.
9. Copyright.
   [ You understand that the service(s) or product(s) are a copyrighted entity, subject to all applicable copyright laws. ]
   You agree that all title and copyrights in and to the content(s) (including but not limited to any web pages, e-mails, comments, and other texts incorporated into the service(s) or product(s) or distributed in conjunction with the service(s) or product(s)), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the service(s) or product(s) are owned by Happy World and/or its authorized agents. All service(s) or product(s) are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
10. Warrantee.
    [ Happy World does not accept responsibility for any expense caused by your use of the service(s) or product(s). ]
    Happy World makes no warrantee as to the suitability, functionality or reliability of the service(s) or product(s) offered on this web site. You agree to accept sole and complete responsibility for any loss, damage or expense caused to you or to third parties as a result of your use of the service(s) or product(s), and to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Happy World and its suppliers from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees, that arise or result from the use of the service(s) or product(s).
11. Other Rights.
    [ Happy World reserves the right to suspend service(s), product(s) and cancel immigration applications towards customer(s). ]
    You, as an end user customer or an agent of Happy World, agree that Happy World has the right to suspend service(s), product(s) and/or cancel immigration application(s) towards you or your customer(s) if:
    1. You try to investigate the situation of you immigration application and/or visa at the relevant Embassy or High Commission by yourself or other person on your behalf.
    2. You try to interfere the assistance of Happy World in the process of your (your customers) immigration application and/or visa in any way.
    3. You try to take over the issuance of your immigration application and/or visa, which originally you have granted to your appointed agent Happy World by using their services in one way or another.
    4. You try to use the information passed to you by Happy World or retrieved by you from Happy World and its web sites for your personal or business purposes or any other way without the prior knowledge and authorization of Happy World.
    5. Under any other circumstances Happy World decides that it has to discontinue its service(s) or product(s) supply to you or your customer(s).
12. Content Disclaimer.

This agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom and further agrees to commence any litigation which may arise hereunder in the courts located in the Judicial District of London, United Kingdom.
