The best kept secret in property investment

A revolution is taking place in the property investment market in the UK. That revolution is in the residential sector.

UK residential property has now become a perfectly acceptable and lucrative sector to invest in for professional investors, both institutional and non-institutional. The historical constraints that have prevented investment in the sector have been eliminated in recent years and the sector is now a high-yielding one with great scope for capital appreciation.

The case for investment is so overwhelming that several institutions are now paying millions of pounds for schemes where reputable and competent intermediaries handle the management.
