LOT SIZES
- Small lot sizes under £100,000 to larger lot sizes in excess of £l0 million.
COVENANTS AND LEASE LENGTHS (ON INVESTMENTS)
- Good covenants preferred. Poor quality covenants considered where other factors
compensate.
- Lease lengths in excess of 15 years required. Shorter leases
considered where other factors compensate.
PLANNING POSITION SPECIFICATIONS (ON DEVELOPMENT SITES)
- Sites considered with detailed planning, outline planning or subject to planning.
