COMPARABLES DATABASE SERVICE

INSIGHT INFORMATION SERVICES compile a fairly comprehensive database across the retail, office, and industrial sectors of all types of comparables, rental, investment and development. The information is compiled on most towns within the UK.

The database extends back 12 months. On certain properties, this period can be extended by arrangement. Each comparable is summarised to include as much as possible of the following information:

  1. Full address of property
  2. Sector (retail, office, industrial)
  3. Type (investment, development, rental)
  4. Size (sq. ft. /sq. metres)
  5. Length and terms of lease (where applicable)
  6. Rental Income
  7. Price and yield
  8. The Landlord/Vendor
  9. Their agents
  10. The tenant/purchaser
  11. Their agents
  12. Any other details

To obtain a comparable, interested parties would simply telephone, fax or e-mail us with details of their comparables enquiry. Multiple enquiries are welcome, but each enquiry is treated on an individual basis.

We would generate the information from the database and send out a fax with the required comparables.

The cost of the service is £ 9.95 per sector per town per 12 month period.

Charges are made purely as per usage. There are no standing charges, etc. An account is opened for subscribers and billed on delivery of comparables.
